The Jam Bones would love to play at your engagement! The first step in booking our band for your event is to please
tell us all about your planned event or function. Simply click to email us with your descriptions
of these bulleted items:
- Type of Engagement (Party, Wedding, Birthday, Get Together, etc..)
- Formal or Informal
- Location of Engagement
- Date(s)/Time(s) of Band Engagement
- Length of time band will play (normally 4 hours)
- Indoors or Outdoors
- Approximate Number of People Attending Engagement
- Special Requirements (Special Songs, Planned Events, etc..)
The band will contact you shortly with a price quote and availability. Remember, our web calendar generally does not include private functions, so even though a date may appear open,
we may be playing a private engagement.
If the band is available and a price point has been agreed on, the next step is to print out two copies of our Performance Contract form, fill both copies out in pen, sign them, and enclose the
agreed upon deposit check. We will instruct you on where to send the contract. Once it arrives, we will fill out the remainder of the information and send one signed copy back to you.
We will now be booked for your engagement. We'll stay in touch with you as we progress closer to the engagement date for any loose ends that
may need to be addressed. It's that simple. Contact us now!
